New Applicant

  1. If you are logging in for the first time, please click “Create JAE Appeal Account” to create an account. You will need a valid email address.
  2. Once your account has been created, you may begin to submit an appeal application.
  3. Click on the link below if you are a first time applicant:



Returning Applicant

  1. If you are a returning applicant looking to update personal information, edit existing applications, or view/print application that have already submitted, please sign in with the authentication mode (SingPass or JAE Password) registered to your JAE Appeal Account.
